  • 2005: broke U.S. Junior (age 19 and under) record for 10,000m with a time of 28:25.52.
  • Three wins at the 2009 Indoor NCAAs: 3000m (7:48.94), 5000m (13:41.45) and anchor leg distance medley relay (3:57.07)
  • First man to pull such a triple at the NCAA Indoors led Oregon to its first indoor team title in 2009.
