The Skyway 10k, which honors military families, will be the first run ever held across the Skyway Bridge since its opening in 1987. The Armed Forces Families Foundation (AFFF) will host the Skyway 10k across the Bob Graham Sunshine Skyway Bridge in St. Petersburg, Florida on March 4, 2018.
“We’re thrilled to be the official registration and event management platform for the Skyway 10k,” said Mitch Thrower, Founder and Chairman, Events.com. “It’s an honor to work with an event that gives 100 percent of all proceeds to support the Armed Forces Families Foundation.”
“We selected Events.com because of its experience in the industry and proven track record,” said Brian Horne, Skyway 10k Event Director. “We’re pleased we did because our event sold out to 7,000 participants in less than four days and registrations went off without a hitch.”
