Longtime Disney Exec to Discuss How Races and Running Brands Can Better Connect with Customers
WICHITA, Kan. – Running industry leaders throughout the world will converge in Lake Buena Vista, Florida from February 26-28 for the 2017 Running USA Industry Conference powered by ACTIVE Network, held at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort. Tapped as this year’s keynote speaker will be Jeff James, vice president and general manager of the Disney Institute, who will deliver his presentation titled “Disney’s Approach to Business Excellence.”
In his role at the Disney Institute, a business and professional development arm of The Walt Disney Company, James guides the organization in sharing business insights on a variety of leadership and experiential topics. Drawing on decades of success, James will share real-life stories, illustrations and insights from the diverse operations of the Disney organization and help attendees transform the way they think about their runners and customers.
