Company: BibRave
Contact: Tim Murphy
Position: Account Coordinator Full Time
Location: (Flexible)
Salary Range: $50,000 – 60,000 (+ bonus)
Job Overview
We’re looking for an Account Coordinator to join our team and help cultivate client programs. From national product launches to pop-up activations and surprise-and-delight moments, BibRave works with innovative brands across footwear, fitness tech, wellness, and beyond. You’ll support a range of high-impact campaigns—helping to shape how consumers engage with brands in real life.
We’re a group of passionate professionals looking for a team player who’s highly driven, highly communicative, very organized, and can just get sh!t done.
Competitive applicants will have experience in account management, client services, and demonstrable project management skills. We aren’t just looking for someone who has worked on various projects, we are looking for a hyper-organized, professional who works well in a team environment. Please be prepared to discuss specific examples where your role in leading or supporting complicated projects or campaigns led to a successful outcome for stakeholders. We’d also love to hear about all the detailed processes and tools you used to nail these projects. Please include 1-2 specific examples in your cover letter.
Must be a proven self-starter – someone who can accomplish tasks independently and knows when to ask for help or guidance. Again, communication is key. Some knowledge of the running/wellness landscape is favorable but not required. Must also create, communicate, and hold team members (and clients) to strict deadlines and timelines.
Last, but not least, competitive applicants will be smart. “Smart” can mean a lot of things, but mainly we mean that you’ll exercise sound judgment, approach and solve problems thoughtfully and analytically, be able to “read your audience” and adjust written and spoken communications accordingly.
*Only candidates who are selected for an interview will be contacted. Outreach to those moving forward in the hiring process will occur by January 9, 2026.

This social intelligence will allow you to navigate and nurture client relationships as well as relationships with other members of Team BibRave.
● Organization, accountability, and attention to detail (again, not just saying this). This role will need to assist with multiple projects – all while adhering to very strict timelines.
● Ability to write clearly in a business setting. Must demonstrate savvy while maintaining correct intent, accurate grammar, etc on social, etc. Business writing includes clearly communicating across all platforms (including email, Slack, Monday.com, etc.). We’re not just saying this – clear, succinct, and accurate communication is absolutely critical to this role and success within the organization.
● Ability to be action-oriented – identifying problems (or opportunities) and proactively finding solutions.
● Comfort working within tight deadlines and demanding timelines, while also being successful if/when KPIs and schedules unexpectedly shift.
● Self-motivated – can set and meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and work with minimal direction.
● Ability to communicate proactively throughout the organization and community.
● Attention to detail – like being able to reference this bullet point in replying to this JD.
● Experience and expertise using: Google Suite- Sheets, Excel, Google Docs, Microsoft Word, Slack, Canva, Monday.com (or comparable project management tool), and other platforms and software as needed.
Qualifications
● 2-3 years of experience leading and managing complex projects and programs. Event and experiential experience preferred.
● NASA-level attention to detail and commitment to over-delivering.

Perks

● 401(k)
● Flexibility of hours, location, and the freedom to work from home and/or remotely
● Experience in a rapidly growing industry (fitness/running/wellness)
