Running USA announces new member benefits and updated membership tiers effective April 1, 2025, reflecting the evolving needs of the running event industry. These benefits include human resources consultation opportunities, as well as press release creation services.

Running USA members can collaborate with an experienced industry human resources expert on a variety of essential organizational needs, including recruitment, performance evaluations, handbooks and policies, benefits, and more.

Dianna Parkman, human resources consultant, brings a wealth of experience, having served as the Director of Human Resources at Chicago Event Management, and currently provides HR services for the Running USA team.

This initiative underscores Running USA’s commitment to supporting its members by providing access to top-tier resources tailored to the unique needs of the running industry. The hourly rate for HR services is $200/hour which is well below the market rate for this offering. Some member tiers get complimentary hours as part of their member benefits. All members receive a complimentary consultation with Running USA’s HR professional.
