Cincinnati (For immediate release) – Pig Works, the umbrella organization of the Cincinnati Flying Pig Marathon, Queen Bee Half Marathon and other signature running events, held groundbreaking ceremonies Wednesday, July 29, for the new Pig Works Coughlin Campus headquarters in the Walnut Hills neighborhood of Cincinnati.
The Coughlin Campus not only will be the home for the offices of Pig Works, but will serve as a meeting place for runners and the community, as well as a hub for activities to engage the neighborhood. The new headquarters is named for the Bob and Jeanne Coughlin Foundation, a major donor for the facility.
“Pig Works headquarters on the Coughlin Family Campus will become an anchor for the neighborhood and a gathering place for our entire community.” said Doug Olberding, CEO of Pig Works. “It will help us serve more children, support more charities, welcome more runners and walkers, and strengthen the neighborhood we are happy to call home.”
The space was designed by MSA Design in Cincinnati, with construction by the Huesman Group. Pig Works is expected to move into the space in the spring.
