TOA BAJA, PUERTO RICO — October 27, 2026 — Registration is officially open for the 2027 Toa Baja Marathon, scheduled for Sunday, January 10, 2027, with a 4:00 AM start. The event invites runners from Puerto Rico, the United States, and around the world to kick off their racing year along Puerto Rico’s scenic northern coastline.
Organized by Logistik Events Management, the Toa Baja Marathon continues to build its presence in Puerto Rico’s endurance running community, offering athletes an opportunity to pursue their running goals while experiencing the island’s culture, coastal landscapes, and local hospitality.
One Marathon, Multiple Ways to Experience It
The event features three race formats, providing opportunities for individual runners, running clubs, families, and corporate teams to participate in the marathon experience.
- Full Marathon (26.2 Miles): The signature event challenges runners to complete the traditional marathon distance along Toa Baja’s coastal course.
- 3-Person Marathon Relay: Three teammates divide the 26.2-mile distance into designated sections, combining individual effort with a shared team accomplishment.
- 8-Person Marathon Relay: Designed for larger groups, this format allows eight runners to complete shorter sections of the marathon course, making the experience accessible to participants of varying running backgrounds.
Both relay formats encourage teamwork and community participation, offering an alternative way to experience the energy and excitement of marathon race day.
