Through GoFundraise, an online fundraising platform, ACS have raised over $100,000 to support its vital mission to improve the lives of people with cancer and their families. ACS strives to do this through advocacy, research, patient support and to ensure everyone has an opportunity to prevent, detect, treat, and survive cancer.
The partnership between American Cancer Society, Spartan Race and GoFundraise brought three organizations committed to making a difference and driving positive change together. As participants tackled the gruelling obstacles and pushed their physical limits in Spartan Race events across the country, they simultaneously raised funds to support the fight against cancer. With the help of GoFundraise’s innovative platform, participants were able to reach a wide audience and surpass their fundraising goals.
