For the second year in a row, BibRave participated in the Camber Survey System to evaluate their DEI maturity journey

Portland, OR – BibRave, the leading-edge endurance and fitness marketing agency, recently participated in the 2021-2022 Camber Survey System, and was highlighted as an exemplar DEI organization. Since 2019, BibRave has created and executed a DEI action plan, working diligently to accomplish goals like auditing and updating their mission, vision, and values statement, creating a DEI Ambassador council, and increasing DEI professional development for employees through a speaker series.

As a Camber member, BibRave used their survey results to assess additional areas for improvement, aligning actionable tasks to create a long-term DEI strategy. These included assessing paid time off and updating to reflect holidays like Juneteenth, incorporating BibRave’s DEI initiatives and best practices into their employee onboarding process, and diversifying their hiring pipeline for employees and contractors by partnering with groups like Camber.

“We’re proud to be an active Camber partner, joining 200+ organizations who share our commitment to taking action and implementing change,” shared Andy Wallace, V.P. of Programs & Partnerships at BibRave. “Our work with Camber helps us create inclusive cultures and equitable systems that will ultimately attract and retain the best talent.”

BibRave continues to invest in DEI initiatives and education for employees at all levels, with the goal to create a framework for systemic change in BibRave’s employment practices, client relationships, and influencer management programs. Leadership team members are enrolled in the MENtor Allyship Program – addressing “allyship literacy, gender and intersectionality intelligence, and effective collaboration with colleagues who identify as women.” BibRave is also excited to incorporate Camber’s professional development opportunities for all team members, activating the Camber Building Blocks of DEI Series. This modular curriculum advances concepts like shared corporate DEI vocabulary, employee-driven activism, and how to communicate and market DEI initiatives externally.
