At the Missoula Marathon, BibRave designed and managed a premium VIP experience that combined concierge service, hospitality, and personalized race-day support for more than 100 participants. During Chicago 13.1 weekend, the agency produced a live-event content program that delivered professionally edited recap videos for the post-race celebration while creating evergreen marketing assets for future promotion.

Although the activations looked very different, both reflected the same philosophy: experiences should strengthen the connection between participants, brands, and race organizers while generating content and sponsorship opportunities that extend well beyond race day.

When Missoula’s race-day forecast shifted to cold, persistent rain just days before race weekend, the team quickly adapted the VIP experience to prioritize participant comfort. Patio heaters, warm towels, slippers, covered hospitality spaces, and enhanced recovery amenities transformed what could have been a difficult race morning into one of the weekend’s most memorable features. Participants praised the thoughtful touches throughout the day, with many describing it as the best VIP experience they had ever attended.
