Eric Engemann brings nearly a decade of invaluable experience to FRESHJUNKIE Racing. Throughout his career, he has been an integral part of the FJR team, having worked as a venue lead for FJR events for the past ten years. His extensive involvement in the company has allowed him to gain an in-depth understanding of its operations, culture, and vision.

Prior to his role at Franciscan High School, Eric served as the President and CEO of SportsBR, which served as the sports commission for the city of Baton Rouge focused on sports tourism and building engagement across the community through athletics. Under his leadership, SportsBR successfully secured numerous regional and national sporting events, generating hundreds of millions of dollars in economic impact for Baton Rouge.

Furthermore, Engemann has been an adjunct instructor at Louisiana State University (LSU), where he has shared his expertise in event management, marketing, sales, and community engagement with aspiring professionals. His commitment to education and mentorship has made a lasting impact on countless individuals, shaping the next generation of leaders in the field.
