HAL Sports is excited to be chosen to partner with Centennial Airport for its inaugural Runway 5K on June 1. This is the second time HAL Sports collaborated on such an event. HAL Sports helped establish Denver International Airport’s inaugural 5K on the Runway in 2022. Thousands participated in the first-of-its-kind event.

Centennial Airport is happy to be working with HAL Sports to develop the inaugural event. “Without HAL Sports, I don’t think we would even entertain trying to put on the Centennial Airport Runway 5K,” said Jeremy Gunn, Director of Operations. “Their knowledge and experience when it comes to race management and race marketing, not to mention their reputation in the running community, has been vital in our planning so far. We couldn’t ask for a better group to help us get this off the ground.”

Centennial airport is the 2nd busiest General Aviation airport in the U.S. Participants will run or walk on Runway 10/28 and Taxiway D. The event will raise funds for the Centennial Airport Foundation to provide scholarships and support for those pursuing a career in aviation. Finishers will receive a limited-edition hat and medal. The Runway 5K is expected to sell out quickly.
