Can you help us put the fun in our runs? Pig Works, the parent non-profit organization of the Flying Pig Marathon, Queen Bee Half Marathon, TQL Beer Series and FCC3, is seeking a full-time running mate for our team.

The Partnership Activation Coordinator is a salaried position that will work directly with the Sales and Marketing teams on fulfillment and activation of all sponsor agreements. We are looking for someone with excellent people skills who can utilize them both internally and with our client base. This position will support the overall sales effort. Creativity, strong writing ability, and project management skills are required.

This position is an integral part of the sponsorship team and will work with various other departments within Pig Works, to ensure that sponsor needs are met. Pig Works sales touch all aspects of the organization, and all staff efforts are under the leadership of the Chief Operating Officer.

Duties and Responsibilities:

●        Partnership Activation: Responsible for managing the coordination and execution of sponsorship deliverables to ensure that all aspects of sponsor agreements are fulfilled and fully executed based on the terms of the agreement

○        Strengthen and cultivate sponsor relationships

○        Assist with the development of sales and marketing collateral, proposals and reports

○        Responsible for developing & maintaining a strategy to manage sponsor fulfillment

■     Create timelines and effectively communicate key dates, deadlines, specs and logistical details to sponsors

■     Procure and manage sponsor assets including company logos, marketing materials, brand guidelines, etc.

■     Communicate creative direction to design team and manage client review & approval process for artwork

■     Work across internal departments and with external decision makers to meet deadlines and execute fulfillment of partnership elements

○        Maintain working knowledge of budgets and expenses related to sponsor deliverables

○        Oversee onsite sponsor activations and act as main point of contact

○        Assist with sponsor hospitality, registration, employee engagement opportunities and other activities

○        Help to create and implement new opportunities to drive sales revenue

○        Support and attend sponsor-related community events

○        Attend weekly meetings to provide updates on sponsor activation and fulfillment needs

●        General

○        Create, build and have fun in a collaborative, team-oriented environment

○        Work directly with the leadership and sales team to identify promotional opportunities and execute project needs and specifications for clients

○        Manage multiple projects simultaneously and increase operational efficiency and help to improve workflow processes as they relate to sales effort

○        Additional team responsibilities including working promotional events as required by all staff

Qualifications and Requirements:

The successful candidate will be a detail-oriented, self-starter with strong people and writing skills. This team player must be flexible, enthusiastic, and possess an energetic personality.

Education/Experience:

●        Some sales or development experience preferred but not required

●        Bachelor’s Degree

●        Knowledge of the running industry or events preferred

●        Proficient with Microsoft Office, email marketing platforms, social media outlets and Photoshop or other digital editing a plus
