The RunSignup Community Grant Supports Endurance-Focused Nonprofit Organizations

Moorestown, NJ – October 8, 2026 – RunSignup, the leading technology platform for endurance events, announces that nominations are now open for the 2027 RunSignup Community Grant Program. Now in its second year since returning from a COVID-triggered hiatus, the program gives back to the endurance community by supporting endurance-related nonprofit organizations. In 2027, $10,000 is available to be granted; this can be awarded to a single applicant or divided between up to five organizations.

The RunSignup Community Grant supports nonprofit organizations that promote the endurance industry. This means the grant is for an organization whose main purpose directly supports the endurance community, not one that uses a running event to raise money. The 2026 grant awarded $2,000 each to five organizations: Native Women Run, PUMPed to Run, Running2bwell, Sports Backers, and The Youth Athlete Project. Anyone can nominate an organization if they can supply its EIN and basic information about it. Organizations that applied last year but were not selected are encouraged to apply again.

“As an employee-owned company, we make it a priority to share success between our employees, customers, and the endurance community,” said RunSignup CEO and Founder Bob Bickel. “That drives our strategy of giving customers free access to the technology they need to succeed (like email marketing, event websites, AI Agents, and event day tools). The RunSignup Community Grant is another way to invest in the sustainability of the endurance community and support growth.”

Nominations for the 2027 RunSignup Community Grant are now open. The deadline to apply is 12/31/2026, and awardees will be announced at the 2027 Running USA Industry Conference (January 31 – February 2, 2027).
