The planning process for Running USA’s 2022 Industry Conference, set for Feb. 20-22 in-person in Orlando, Florida, at the Coronado Springs Resort at Walt Disney World, is in full swing and the Running USA team is looking forward to welcoming our industry colleagues to one of our best conferences yet.
“We are full speed ahead on the conference planning process and confident that the 2022 event will be a safe, exciting, in-person experience,” said Christine Bowen, vice president of programming, partnerships and operations for Running USA. “We have had a very strong level of interest in the event expo and registration volume is trending on par with past years.”
Programming announcements began rolling out last week with the news that Rosalyn (Roz) Durant, Senior Vice President of Operations for Walt Disney World Resort, will open the event on Feb. 21, 2022 with thought-provoking remarks for an industry that has endured two difficult pandemic years.
For those who have not registered yet, the time to get the best price for your registration is now. A price increase is set for midnight on Sept. 30, 2021.
Attendee interest in the event is high and registrations are trending slightly ahead of past years. There are currently nearly 200 participants registered for the event. Final attendance is expected to be between 500-600 attendees.
The 2022 Industry Conference Expo looks to be one of our most popular Running USA expos yet! Demand has been strong all year, and we recently sold our last remaining double booth. Single booth opportunities for exhibitors are still available, but we encourage you to register today – this expo is on track to sell out!
The call for speakers is currently still open. Learn more about presenting at the event and submit your application here.
Sponsorships announced to date for the event include: title sponsor Race Roster; expo registration partner Event Hub; morning run apparel sponsor Leslie Jordan; with additional announcements to come.
