More than 6,500 runners and walkers were part of the 11th annual Queen Bee Half Marathon and 4 Miler Championed by Medpace on Saturday, October 12.
The top 3 finishers in the 4 mile division were Christi-Anne Beatty in a time of 24:27, Sarah Anderson in 24:39 and Amy Manning in 25:42. Beatty also took the top spot in last month’s Cincinnati Pig Works 7K Brewery Run.
In the half marathon, Colleen Feehan was first in 1:23:40, 2023 Queen Bee half marathon winner Katherine Hallahan was second in 1:24:38 and third was Daniella Townsend in 1:25:07.
The female-themed weekend supports several local and national non-profits and charities serving women’s causes. Over the last 11 years Queen Bee weekend has raised more than a million dollars for these charities.
