PHILADELPHIA – March 11, 2025 – The countdown is on. With less than a month until race day, the 12th annual BMW Love Run Philadelphia Half Marathon, presented by Delaware Valley BMW Dealers, is set for Sunday, March 30, 2025. More than 13,000 runners are expected to participate, with the 7K distance already sold out, creating a sense of urgency for those still looking to register for the half marathon.
Delaware Valley BMW Dealers are offering complimentary race entries to participants who take a test drive at participating dealerships. This limited-time promotion is available while supplies last, giving runners the chance to experience BMW’s performance while securing a spot in the race.
“BMW’s test drive promotion is a fantastic opportunity to experience their vehicles while securing a race entry,” said Race Director Larry Redrow. “The 7K is already sold out, so we encourage runners to register for the half marathon before spots fill up.”
The half marathon course is renowned for its scenic route through Philadelphia’s historic landmarks and along the Schuylkill River. The race will start and finish at Eakins Oval, near the Philadelphia Museum of Art. Leading up to race day, runners and spectators can explore the Health & Fitness Expo at the Pennsylvania Convention Center on March 28-29, featuring BMW vehicle displays and test drive experiences.
On race day, BMW vehicles will lead runners along the course, setting the pace for the competition. After crossing the finish line, participants can celebrate with live music, complimentary beer for runners 21 and older, and Philadelphia-themed food.
