Charge Running is the platform of choice for non-profit wear blue: run to remember this Veterans Day as they host the Allied Forces LIVE virtual 5K, Thursday, November 11th at 12 PM EST for Amazon’s Warriors Week. This event will bring together Amazon Veterans across Great Britain, Canada, and the United States through the power of Charge Running.
wear blue: run to remember honors the service and sacrifice of the American military through active remembrance. Many marathoners might be familiar with them through their visibility at Marine Corps Marathon – blue mile.
Charge Running mobile app is a Live Virtual Racing technology. This collaboration is a worldwide real-time virtual race celebrating the endurance events industry while providing a unique experience. This run will be a great tribute to all who have made the ultimate sacrifice.
A recent veteran of the Navy, Charge cofounder Rory Graman, will host this event along with Executive Director of wear blue: run to remember, Lisa Hallett. It is sure to be a meaningful way to remember the fallen through running.
The race is open to existing Charge Running customers. You can run outdoors, or on a treadmill or in ‘listen in’ mode.
The race benefits wear blue: run to remember and it’s free to all participants although donating is encouraged.
